Helen VonMott has been studying Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for the past four years, and submission style wrestling for the past six. In addition to running her own wrestling company, Virago of San Francisco, Helen has made wrestling videos for Ken Starr, DWW, Flamingo, Tanya Kicks, Les Femmes Fatales, Belgian Fighting Women, Tigra Productions and others.
She has earned the well deserved reputation of a fiercely competitive wrestler, most recently winning first place awards at the 2002 Arnold Swarzenegger Classic in BOTH Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Submission Style Wrestling. Although a highly trained competitor, Helen's favorite type of private matches run towards the playful. She enjoys semi-competitive, role-playing, 'beat downs', foot and muscle worship scenarios, and wrestling instruction in addition to more competitive matches. 'When both people have a good time.' She asserts 'everybody wins.'
