Michelle is a National/Pro-level bodybuilder and has been an athlete all her life. She has trained as a bodybuilder for four years but other sports such as track and field and basketball have set the foundation for her success. She began bodybuilding in 1996.
Michelle competed in the NPC sanctioned Clash of the Titans Bodybuilding show in Washington, D.C. There she won the Middleweight class, Best Abs, Best Back, and Best Poser titles. Some five months later, she primed herself for the Ultimate Awakening, a North American Bodybuilding Federation show, where she took the heavyweight, overall, Best Poser, and Best Physique titles.
Michelle has graced the cover of Iron Works Magazine and been shown several times in Flex and Muscle & Fitnessmagazines as well. This superb athlete has recently been flown to Los Angeles for photo work with Women's Physique World and Ironman Magazines.
Michelle is CEO of Target Fitness & Nutrition and a certified personal trainer. She last competed at the National Physique Committee's National Bodybuilding Championships held November 10th and 11th 2000. She is currently the Nutritional Editor for Irony Magazine and a freelance writer
for Women's Physique World Magazine. Michelle is a heavy lifter and enjoys "pushing the envelope."
